Following receipt of your order Giraffe and Co. will send you a confirmation email. Please check the order confirmation email carefully and if you need to make any changes to the order please contact one of our Customer Care Advisers on 01903 731794. Please note that orders can only be amended prior to dispatch. Should you wish to amend your order after it has been dispatched you will need to refer to our ‘Returns’ .
If for any reason Giraffe and Co. are unable to process your order immediately we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
All orders are dispatched within 24hrs, Monday to Thursday. To qualify for next day delivery orders must be placed by 3pm. Orders placed on Friday may be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders are sent either by Royal Mail or by Courier (this is dependent on the size, cost and weight of the product). Giraffe and Co. cannot be held responsible for third party transit delays eg. Royal Mail strike action, severe weather, bank holidays and busy periods such as Christmas. These periods must be taken into account when you place your order.
All orders should be received within 3-5 working days.
If your order is urgent, please contact us using the online contact us
form and we will advise you if we are able to dispatch your order the same day or within your requirements.
Most Parcels sent out from Giraffe and Co. will require a signature, so please make sure you select a Delivery Address where you know someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
In the event that you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect or make alternative arrangements for delivery. Orders dispatched via courier will also be left a card for you to make alternative delivery arrangements. Any charges incurred for re-delivery or orders will be at the customers’ expense. Giraffe and Co. will not be liable for any additional delivery charges for failed deliveries.

ITEM NOT ARRIVED
If you do not receive your item you must write to us within 28days of placing your order. Giraffe and Co. will contact the relevant transit company and investigate your lost order. Giraffe and Co. promise to pro-actively keep you informed of the progress of your lost item(s). Giraffe and Co. cannot send out a replacement item(s) or issue a refund until we have received confirmation from the transit company that the item(s) cannot be found, or in the case of faulty items until the item has been returned first.
Please Note: Royal Mail do not class an item as missing until at least 15 working days have passed.
Giraffe and Co. accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Solo.
All transactions are processed via SagePay and Streamline using a secure server gateway. This ensures that Giraffe and Co. does not keep or store any customer card details. All payments are processed using MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa giving you state-of-the-art fraud protection when shopping online with us.
We received your payment from SagePay once your order has been placed. Payment is taken in £ sterling.
Refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account. The duration will vary depending on who you bank with.
