RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return
an item please contact us using the online
contact us
form within 14 days of receipt. Items returned MUST remain complete (with the relevant
tags still attached), in their original condition, unused and still in their original
packaging. Ready for re-sale.
Please note that you will be liable for the relevant postage/courier charges for
items being returned. When returning goods, we recommend you use a 'signed-for'
service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt.
If an item is returned that Giraffe and Co. have not been informed about we cannot
guarantee that your refund will be managed efficiently and if all the relevant information
is supplied if a refund can be processed at all.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately using the online
contact us form quoting your order number and contact
details. We endeavour to work with all our suppliers on faulty items to get you
a repair or replacement.
If goods develop a fault during the first 12 months after purchase then we will
offer either a repair or replacement item at no cost to the customer or, alternatively,
a refund at our discretion.
In most instances manufacturers are happy to deal with any faulty items direct.
So please feel free to contact the manufacturer in the first instance.
CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us using the online
contact us form. If your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged
for your cancellation. If your order has been dispatched you will be liable for
postage/courier costs in delivering and returning your items.
Please note that you will be liable for the relevant postage/courier charges for
items being returned. We would advise you to obtain ‘proof of postage’ for your
own records as Giraffe and Co. are not responsible for items that are lost whilst
being returned to us
REFUNDS
On receipt of a returned item Giraffe and Co. will immediately issue your refund,
excluding the original delivery charge. Please note that the refund will be processed
to the card that originally purchased the order.
To ensure your refund is processed promptly please contact us prior to returning
your goods so that we are aware of and expect your goods to be returned. Refunds
will be processed within 5 working days of the goods being received by us.
Refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your account, the duration of this will
vary depending on who you bank with.
